From milling the grain to mixing, shaping, and baking, we make all our baked goods in house from scratch with care. No shortcuts, no pre-made mixes, just honest ingredients and time-honored craft. Because we work this way, what we make each day is limited. Sometimes that means we sell out. If you see something you love, come early and grab it while it’s hot! Selling out simply means we’ve poured every ounce of energy into making the best food possible for our community we could and tomorrow, we’ll be back at it again.
Our kitchen is not an allergen-free facility. We regularly use wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and other common allergens in our food preparation. While we take care to avoid cross-contact when possible, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens.
